Each suit is cut for the order after payment is confirmed and the measurement profile is complete. The workshop makes it, which usually takes one to two weeks. The house then inspects, packs, and ships it from Italy.

From payment to the handoff with the carrier is typically one to three weeks. That is the usual window, not a guaranteed date. After dispatch, transit is extra: a few days inside the European Union, about a week to the United Kingdom or North America, and longer farther out. Customs can add time.

You will need a real shipping name, address, and a way for the house to reach you if the workshop slips or customs asks for a contact.

Shipping is one flat rate per order. It covers carriage from Italy. It does not cover duties or local tax. Inside the European Union there is no import duty. Outside the European Union, those charges are paid by you.

If your country is not in the checkout list, write the house before you order. A second suit on the same order ships for the same flat.

Until the store is live, no payment is taken and no garment is scheduled. When it is live, you can follow the order at Track an order with the order number and the email used at checkout. The page shows the suit, the destination region, and whether it is confirmed, being made, at the house, or shipped. It does not show your address or measurements.
